If buying or refinancing a unit...
Your bank or mortgage company may require your Association's manager to complete a questionnaire about the Association. There is a fee of $35.00 for completion of mortgage questionnaires.
Questionnaires may be mailed to the address below or sent via fax to (203) 281-4393. We accept payment by check (payable to Whitney Management & Maint Co) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Payment must be received before a questionnaire will be completed.
