Albert M. Griffiths, President, has been awarded the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation by the Community Association Institute (CAI). The PCAM is the highest designation available awarded by the CAI, being the pinnacle of professionalism for community association managers. The PCAM is gained through advanced training, education and guidance, and can ensure that the designee has the knowledge, experience and integrity to provide the best service to represented associations.

Nancy Griffiths has been awarded the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation by the CAI. The AMS designation is a professional recognition of managers who achieve and demonstrate competence, skill and knowledge in the planning, operation and management of community associations.

Paul Baukus, Tony Santos and AnnMarie Sullivan bring extensive backgrounds in customer service to their positions as Community Association managers. All of our managers have been designated as Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCA). Paul has also been awarded the AMS designation.

Maintenance:

Alex Bialiauski, Dzmitry Buben, Ken Markus, and Pavel Trastsianka.

Our continual work toward excellence has been recognized by the CAI, who have awarded us with an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation, the highest designation available for a community association management service. We owe this achievement to our hard working staff.
