Electronic Payment
Electronic payment of common fees:
We offer an alternative to check-writing for the payment of your monthly common fees. Through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), your Association will automatically deduct the amount of your common fees from your checking or savings account, thereby saving you the time and expense of writing and mailing a check each month.
To participate in EFT, please complete an Authorization Form (link below) and return it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will arrange to have the funds transferred from your account to your Association's account. Transfers will occur on the 10th of each month, or the next business day when the 10th occurs on a weekend or a banking holiday. No late charges will be applied in these situations.
Bank Routing Number - To ensure that we have the correct bank routing number and account information when initiating the electronic transfer, please include a voided check if the transfer is from a checking account. If the transfer is from a savings account, please contact your bank for the correct routing number and carefully enter it and your account number on the Request and Authorization Form.
There is no fee for participating in EFT for you or your Association.
If your Association requires Special Assessment payments that are due each month, these payments will be included in EFT. However, if the Special Assessment payments are due at other time intervals, such as quarterly or annually, the payments will not be transferred via EFT and you must mail a payment check.
If you decide to participate in EFT and the amount of your monthly common fees changes in the future, the amount transferred will be automatically revised to the new amount.
